Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Business Developer to join our team in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

The successful candidate will have 12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years, and will be comfortable working remotely with a quiet place at home. You will be expected to achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day, while ensuring compliance expectations with every process.

The role offers an excellent salary of £23k base salary, with the opportunity to earn more if successful. Our incentives programme includes win some great prizes, discounted products, and all equipment is provided.

You will undergo excellent induction training and continued development throughout your career. The company operates on a permanent contract, with full-time hours from Monday-Friday, and no weekend work or occasional bank holidays.
