Job Summary
Premier Support Services is seeking a Telesales and Client Growth Manager to join our team. As a Telesales and Client Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and engagement with our clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement
- You will be responsible for re-engaging existing clients and developing new opportunities within the industrial and building maintenance sectors.
- You will work closely with the sales team, project manager, and customer success manager to achieve business objectives.
- You will utilize tools such as Pipedrive CRM to schedule and book appointments and receive training from experienced team members to develop your skillset.
- Campaign Execution
- You will conduct 50% of your role engaging existing clients via re-engagement campaigns to identify upsell opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
- You will spend 50% of your role developing and reaching out to prospect lists for new campaigns, focusing on the industrial and building maintenance sectors.
- You will build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- You will provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their specific facilities management needs, positioning Premier as their first-choice partner.
- You will leverage telephone communication skills to confidently present services, handle objections, and secure appointments.
- Performance Metrics
- You will ensure CRM records are consistently accurate and up-to-date.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- You will utilise data to refine target lists and re-engagement strategies, continuously improving campaign outcomes.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is £28,000-£32,000 per annum, with an additional £5,000 on target earnings. The benefits package includes company pension, employee discount, on-site parking, referral programme, and work-from-home arrangements.
