About the Job:
We are looking for a Telemarketing / Telesales Executive to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services and generate interest.
- Building strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring follow-up activities are scheduled as needed.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities and drive results.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer-focused role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Results-oriented and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle objections confidently.
- Competent in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
