Job Description: Telesales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Professional to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling BT's products and services to businesses in the local area.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong desire to succeed in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £22,375 - £38,975 per year, plus a range of benefits including additional leave, company events, company pension, employee discount, and sick pay.
