The Role

This is an excellent chance for a highly motivated Internal Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Birmingham.

Main Responsibilities

  1. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
  2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  3. Stay ahead of the competition by continuously researching market trends and emerging projects.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to filter leads and distribute them to respective managers.
  5. Develop and maintain actionable reports, dashboards, and data analysis to drive sales growth.
  6. Collaborate with regional sales leaders to exceed sales targets.

Key Skills and Experience

  1. A proven track record in internal sales, account management, or telesales roles.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. A forward-thinking and results-driven mindset.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
