The Role
This is an excellent chance for a highly motivated Internal Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Birmingham.
Main Responsibilities
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Stay ahead of the competition by continuously researching market trends and emerging projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to filter leads and distribute them to respective managers.
- Develop and maintain actionable reports, dashboards, and data analysis to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to exceed sales targets.
Key Skills and Experience
- A proven track record in internal sales, account management, or telesales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A forward-thinking and results-driven mindset.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
