Client Growth Specialist

Are you a results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in sales and client management? Serve Legal, the UK's leading supplier of Retail Compliance Audits, is seeking a Client Growth Specialist to drive new business growth and proactively manage client relationships.
About the RoleThis dynamic position involves securing new clients within key markets while nurturing existing accounts to maximise growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and skilled at building relationships, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue from cold prospects consistently, maintain a strong sales pipeline for the company, and manage their portfolio of client accounts effectively.
- Build strong and engaging relationships with current clients and prospects and deliver growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales colleagues to maintain a relevant and ambitious hitlist of new business prospects in the compliance market.
Requirements:
- Educated to a degree or equivalent standard of qualification.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships: ability to inspire confidence and naturally engage with people.
- Decisive and resilient under pressure.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per year, based on level of experience. In addition to a competitive commission scheme, the company offers 25 days of Annual Leave per year (plus Bank Holidays) and 1 Self Development day per year.
