Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Manager, Business Development to join our team at ASKE Consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through a structured blend of telesales activity, direct approach, visits, networking, and referrals.

This role requires a proven new business hunter with a passion for forging new relationships and a track record of generating and closing opportunities with corporate clients with several thousand employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Utilize data sources to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • A strong understanding of the fleet management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
