Internal Communications and Stakeholder Relations Specialist

This role requires flexibility regarding working hours, with three days per week expected in the office. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a high volume of applicants, responding only to successful candidates.
An estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership on visibility programs, review communication channels, and develop new ways to engage with the network through face-to-face events and digital platforms. They will maintain a regular drumbeat of communications, utilizing analytics to continuously improve.
The ideal candidate will work closely with HR on specific engagement and employee experience campaigns and events, leading on engagement surveys. They will also develop and execute campaigns with the wider communications team and manage comms executives. Additionally, they will educate the business on effective communications and develop relationships.
This role requires previous internal communications manager-level experience gained in a corporate business, ideally with hard-to-reach colleagues. The ability to challenge and influence is essential.
