At VMA Direct, we are looking for a talented Internal Communications Lead to develop and execute campaigns that drive employee engagement and retention. As a key member of our communications team, you will work closely with HR to design and implement targeted initiatives that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing internal communications strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  3. Managing the development and distribution of internal communications materials, including email newsletters and intranet content.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of delivering successful internal communications campaigns and experience working in a corporate environment. You should also have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively.

The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 per year, based on industry standards.
