Community Development Manager

Cool to be Kind is seeking an experienced Community Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our community engagement and development strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing community outreach programs
  • Building relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Managing volunteers and resources

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. As a Community Development Manager, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In terms of availability, we require approximately 4-6 hours per week, which may vary depending on specific project needs. You would be expected to share your progress and outcomes with our team, and attend monthly meetings to discuss ongoing projects and developments.

Location: Chelmsford

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
