Leisure and Community Development Officer

As a Part-time Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Lodge, ensuring that all aspects of the property are maintained to a high standard. This includes managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organising activities and events for Owners. You will also provide a first-class service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner. In addition, you will be responsible for liaising with a range of customers and suppliers, managing budgets, and implementing initiatives to improve the overall quality of the service provided.
We offer an annual salary of £22,500, pro rata, plus excellent benefits, including 24 days + Bank Holidays, life assurance, eye care reimbursement, colleague introduction reward scheme, professional development, and qualifications.
