The Role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT Services team, responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our colleagues. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing IT service requests, and ensuring the optimum functionality of our IT systems and networks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT systems, making recommendations for future development, and ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Manage IT service requests
  • Ensure optimum functionality of IT systems and networks
