About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our team at Wastecare Ltd. As a key member of our IT Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our colleagues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to Wastecare staff members, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of our IT systems and networks.
  • Ensure the optimal functionality of our IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, VMware, and other technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including project work and capacity planning.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality, asset management, and configuration management processes.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Desktop and Server technologies, including Operating Systems, Office 365, and SharePoint 365.
  • VMware or other virtualisation technologies.
  • LAN/WAN networking, VPNs, and Firewalls.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
  • Logical approach to problem solving and ability to work unsupervised to tight deadlines.
