DCS Group (UK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Retail Partnerships Manager to spearhead our major retail partnerships and drive growth with top-tier UK retailers.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing major retail accounts in FMCG, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales and margin goals. They will lead strategic account planning for major retailers, creating and delivering high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that meet both customer and DCS objectives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic account planning for major retailers, creating and delivering high-impact Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Take ownership of sales and profitability targets for top retail accounts, maximising category growth through insight-driven recommendations and flawless execution
  • Build, nurture, and expand high-level relationships across Commercial, Buying, and Category teams within each retailer, driving mutual success
  • Leverage data analysis and category insights to influence assortment, promotional strategies, and shelf positioning in line with each retailer's goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing major retail accounts in FMCG, with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales and margin goals
  • Excellent negotiation skills, combined with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage complex account planning
  • A deep understanding of retail trends, data-driven strategy, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders
