About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious individual to lead our digital sales efforts and drive growth across our branded function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our current strategy and developing a future digital and tactical plan to achieve our next level of growth in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to drive growth across our branded function.
  • Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns, content, and video strategies to transmit each brand's goals and objectives.
  • Upgrade our organisation's digital capabilities with key stakeholders and implement best practice social media and digital marketing trends for profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to design and implement effective digital sales strategies.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years sales experience at a mid to senior level.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management.
  • Highly proficient in briefing, analysing and presenting data.
  • Industry experience of working with FMCG brands – health + beauty industry preferred although not essential – other related categories considered.
