About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Head of Digital Sales to join our team at Potter & Moore Innovations Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in the branded function across all digital channels, platforms, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead a high-performing team of digital sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform digital sales strategies and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in digital sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience working with FMCG brands, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
