About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Head of Digital Sales to join our team at Potter & Moore Innovations Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in the branded function across all digital channels, platforms, and social media.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment. You will be a love of data and be very comfortable taking many data sources, interpreting them, and understanding the logical next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital sales strategy to drive growth and revenue across all digital channels
  • Lead a high-performing team of digital sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 10+ years sales experience at a mid to senior level
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management
  • Highly proficient in briefing, analysing and presenting data
  • Industry experience of working with FMCG brands – health + beauty industry preferred although not essential – other related categories considered
