We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join our team at Chart Industries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
