About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Sales to join our team at Potter & Moore. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in the branded function across all digital channels, platforms, and social media.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment. You will be a hands-on leader of a high-performing team and an exceptional influencer, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Lead a team of digital sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years sales experience at a mid to senior level.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently challenge constructively at all levels, including management.
  • Highly proficient in briefing, analyzing, and presenting data.
  • Industry experience of working with FMCG brands – health + beauty industry preferred although not essential – other related categories considered.
