About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at CPI Selection as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME market-place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the SME market-place
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance

What You'll Get:

  • A competitive base salary of £35-36K plus uncapped commission of £15K + £6K car allowance or company car
  • Comprehensive benefits package
