**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with clients to provide person-centred support, enabling them to achieve their life goals and maintain a healthy state of wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks, promoting independence and dignity

• Support clients to access the community and engage in social opportunities, promoting social inclusion and wellbeing

• Work collaboratively with clients' circles of support to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives

• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting mental health and wellbeing

• Maintain accurate records of client support and progress, ensuring effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders
