Flexible Relief Care Assistant

We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Relief Support Workers to become part of our team, delivering individualized care and assistance to elderly individuals and adults with specific support requirements within an Extra Care Scheme.
Extra care housing allows seniors to maintain their independence in a welcoming, inclusive, and secure setting while receiving the necessary care and support. Our goal is to empower our service users to lead fulfilling and active lives, promoting both physical and mental wellness. To accomplish this, we seek responsible and caring individuals who can provide dignified personal care and tailored support.
It is essential to engage positively with the service users and their families, fostering trusting relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this position, along with the ability to deliver respectful and personalized care.
Previous experience in care is required for the Relief Support Worker role. We value your life experiences, compassionate nature, and personal attributes, in addition to relevant skills and expertise.
This Relief Support Worker position offers the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule, making it ideal for balancing personal commitments, education, or caregiving responsibilities.
As a member of the Creative Support Bank Staff, you will have access to our user-friendly app, enabling you to select shifts across various locations and providing details about the services and shifts, including navigation assistance. You will receive weekly payments.
