**Job Summary**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide person-centred care and support to older people and adults with support needs within an Extra Care Scheme in a friendly, inclusive, and safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver respectful personal care and person-centred support to service users
  • Engage positively with service users and their families, building trusting relationships
  • Provide good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous care experience is essential for this role
