Job Title: Female Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a warm and caring Relief Extra Care Support Worker to join our Extra Care service in Orpington, London.

About the Role:

As a Relief Extra Care Support Worker, you will provide quality care and support to a number of older residents, helping and encouraging them to lead a fulfilling and enriched life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful personal care and administer medication
  • Encourage residents to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside the home
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest
  • Engage positively with service users and their families and to build trusting relationships
  • Work flexibly according to the needs of the service
Requirements:

Previous care and support experience is essential. We will appreciate your life experience, caring approach and personal qualities as well as relevant skills and experience.
