Your Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their life goals. You will work alongside members of the person's circle of support to empower them to be happy, healthy, and successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and engage in social opportunities
  • Encouraging independence and community engagement
  • Working collaboratively with the client's circle of support
