We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with clients to provide personalized support with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and dementia.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties.
- Support clients to access community resources and engage in social opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with clients' circles of support to empower individuals to achieve their life goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
