Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Springfield, a modern development of ten properties for adults with physical disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
- Ideal experience in personal care (not essential).
- Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
