About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality, person-centred support services for individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
  • Empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals, alongside members of their circle of support.
  • Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks, and assist individuals in accessing the community and engaging in social opportunities.
  • Value and utilise the personal skills and interests of staff, such as sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, and cooking.
