About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Professional to join our team at CareTech UK. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, enabling them to lead as ordinary a life as possible.
">Job Description:
">- To participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
- To support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.
- To work as part of a team to provide exceptional care and support.
Requirements:
">- Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
- Ideal experience working in a care setting, but not essential.
- The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- The passion to work with vulnerable adults.
- The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
