We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational individual to join our team as the Head of Feminist Organisation. As the head of this dynamic organisation, you will play a key role in shaping our strategy and driving forward our mission to provide high-quality support services to survivors of sexual violence.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading and developing teams, with a proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and innovation. You will also have a deep understanding of the issues surrounding sexual violence and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for survivors.

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension contribution, employee discounts scheme, and access to feminist leadership training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of organisational strategies and policies
  • Oversee the management of staff and volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, law)
  • Proven leadership experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of feminist principles and practice
