East Kent Rape Crisis Centre is a leading provider of specialist support services for survivors of sexual violence in East Kent. Our organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and inclusive services that empower survivors to reclaim their lives and rebuild their futures.

Key Objectives:
1. Deliver high-quality, specialist support services to survivors of sexual violence, addressing their immediate and ongoing needs.
2. Promote education and awareness about sexual violence, its impact on individuals and communities, and the importance of consent and respect.
3. Foster strong partnerships with local agencies, organisations, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery, improve outcomes, and advance our shared goals.
4. Maintain a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy within our organisation, ensuring all staff members feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute to our mission and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a relevant sector, preferably in a similar role or function.
2. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
4. Demonstrated commitment to feminism, women's rights, and social justice, with a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding sexual violence and its impact on individuals and communities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy.
6. Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and make informed decisions about resource allocation.
