Key Responsibilities:

  • You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed our customers' expectations.
  • You will be accountable for handling customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved efficiently.
  • You will support the sales team in daily operations, including customer contact, sales funnel management, deal building, and closing.
  • You will drive the sales process and support the sales team in achieving their monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • You will ensure accurate completion of all paperwork and provide reports on all sales activities.

About You:

  • You may be an existing sales manager, sales controller, or retail manager looking for a new challenge or better career opportunities.
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • You must demonstrate strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a genuine passion for the brand.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
