Sales Department Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the sales department at Listers Volkswagen in Worcester.
The successful candidate will be tasked with driving customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability.
This role requires a Monday-to-Saturday work schedule, with one day off per week and Sundays on a rotational basis. The employee will receive one Saturday off per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- To drive customer satisfaction and sales volume growth.
- To lead and manage the sales team effectively.
- To implement strategies that increase profitability.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in sales leadership or management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
