Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Uxbridge, London. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee data, ensuring accurate and timely payroll services.
This role involves dealing with internal and external queries, managing the payroll inbox, and processing statutory documentation such as payslips, P45, P46, and P60s. You will also be required to liaise with HMRC and carry out basic payroll-related checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll data accurately and efficiently
- Manage and respond to internal and external queries
- Liaise with HMRC and other external agencies
- Carry out basic payroll-related checks
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced service industry
- Basic payroll knowledge and working knowledge of payroll and time and attendance software
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: £16,000 per annum.
