Job Description:

We are seeking an HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Uxbridge, London. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employee data, ensuring accurate and timely payroll services. This includes dealing with internal and external queries, managing the payroll inbox, and processing statutory documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and respond to internal and external queries
  • Liaise with HMRC and other external agencies

Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced service industry
  • Basic payroll knowledge and working knowledge of payroll and time and attendance software
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
