Human Resources Intern
Summary
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for coordinating employee on-boarding/orientation, as well as providing HR administration support.
**The Human Resources Intern will**:
Coordinate onboarding scheduling for new hires joining our international sites.
Update all onboarding trackers in a timely manner.
Prepare new hire announcements for new hires joining our international sites.
Provide HR administration support including maintenance of employee files and records including new hires, changes during employment and on termination.
Complete weekly headcount report and new hire report for payroll.
Minute taking during HR meetings.
**Requirements**:
Current or recent enrolment in a graduate or undergraduate Human Resource related degree (or any other course where a HR module is part of the study work).
Strong communication skills.
An interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
