Exams Administrator
- Under direction, to devise internal examination timetables.
- To coordinate the production and distribution of examination timetables to students for internal and external exams.
- To take primary responsibility for maintaining examination resources, such as board specific answer booklets, stationary etc
- To be jointly responsible for the receipt, checking and secure storage of external exam papers and material for all internal and external exams during the year.
- Primary responsibility for organisation of the invigilation team and communication between exam venues, Attendance and Exams Office. The postholder will be responsibility for booking invigilators and authorising claim forms prior to payroll processing
- To work as part of the invigilating team, to invigilate exams if needed
- Collating results of public exams and responding to queries from staff, students and parents.
- To play a role on exam results days, supporting Senior Leadership and the exams / data team.
- To play a role supporting the enrolment of the new Year 12 cohort on GCSE day ensuring, in particular, that external students have their paperwork checked and correctly processed on the day. To assist with SIMS data entry as may be required in relation to new students.
- Responsibility for the distribution of exam certificates to current (and former) students.
- Any other administrative responsibilities as may be required to support the exams or data teams.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
