Job title: Senior administrator/Planner

- Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Office hours - Monday to Friday)
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Salary: £27- 35K per annum depending on experience
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Uxbridge
Key responsibilities & duties:
- Work eligibility checking.
- Time sheet and payroll administration.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with existing and new clients
- Communicating with Warehouse staff and HGV Drivers daily.
- Confirming temporary staff weekly working weeks
- You will be required to cover on-call twice per month (this will be taking a mobile phone home to deal with any out of hours calls for client requirements or cancellations)
Minimum qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and account management or experience from a similar role within recruitment, logistics or distribution and exceptional customer service is a must. Full training in terms of the company processes will be provided, no qualifications are required for this role.
The successful applicant:
- You MUST be extremely well organized.
- You MUST have excellent communication skills.
- You MUST be computer literate as the role will entail use of a variety of systems.
- No qualifications needed for the role.
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
