About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Contract Performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of eRostering and eJob Planning software across all staff groups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead on the strategic direction and continual improvement of rostering and job planning practices and functionality of software across all staff groups.
  2. Lead on the implementation of non-medical eJob Planning software and create a job planning stakeholder group to standardize job planning practices across non-medical staff groups.
  3. Implement the benefits of eRostering and eJob Planning, supporting the implementation of Lord Carter's and NHSE ALoA recommendations across all staff groups.
  4. Lead on eRostering and non-medical eJob Planning related initiatives that facilitate efficiency gains and/or cost savings for the Trust's cost improvement plans.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate and promote the optimal use of our workforce and deployment software.
  6. Lead on day-to-day provider contract management to facilitate optimal rostering and job planning benefits realization.
