Job Title: Head of Commercial Performance and Assurance

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Performance and Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a critical role in driving the commercial performance of our consultancy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage commercial teams to ensure optimal commercial performance of projects.
  • Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks, opportunities, and issues across projects.
  • Review project KPIs and incentives, including financial forecasts, revenue recognition, and cost control.
  • Ensure effective contract management and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of commercial strategies, financial management, and contract law within a project-based consultancy environment.
  • Project management expertise: Experience of overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Risk management: Ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
