About the Programme: The Adult Patient Journey programme aims to transform the way we care for adults around mental health and wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of this programme, working closely with senior leaders and executives to achieve stated benefits and outcomes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and deliverable plans, benefits, and approaches are in place for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain appropriate project and programme management documentation related to the programme.
  • Support the identification and management of interdependencies across all elements of the programme.
  • Link the Trust programme to local place level adult elements of the Local Health and Care Plans, into the SLP transformation plans and London regional adult mental health transformation work as appropriate.
  • Ensure all transformation work considers using recognised and established improvement methodologies and works closely with the Trust Quality Improvement and Innovation team.


Requirements:
  • Project management qualification
  • Lean and quality improvement qualifications.
  • Operational management and financial management experience.


Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
