Job Title: Project ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Echo House Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key clients and their project portfolio, managing expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and project briefs, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, artworking, and print departments, to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the creative industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Asana, Trello, and MS Project.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex project challenges.
