Production Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to join our team at Truffle Talent, based in SW London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading agency and contribute to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large builds for retail, exhibitions, and events, with a strong understanding of print and manufacture processes. They will be responsible for leading the production workflow, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and drive project timelines in collaboration with the Project Team.
  • Advise on suitable materials and production techniques for various projects.
  • Communicate project details to the Studio, Print, Fabrication, Finishing, Packing & Logistics, and Installation teams.
  • Help produce workflow/instruction spreadsheets to facilitate information sharing.
  • Plan production with all production departments and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with installation teams to ensure timely and accurate installation.
  • Plan for distribution to installation networks and arrange logistics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with packing and logistics teams to ensure items are packed correctly and spreadsheets are provided accurately.
  • Conduct quality control checks prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure departments are aware of specific quality control requirements.
  • Drive and manage best practices throughout production workflows.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Production Management within print and manufacture for retail, exhibitions, and events.
  • Experience in resourcing and understanding of materials and production processes.
  • A valid Visa to work long-term in the UK.
  • Ability to commute to SW London daily.
