**Job Title:** Farm Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Farm Health Specialist to join our team at Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme. As a Farm Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to farmers on essential tasks related to animal health and productivity.

**Estimated Salary:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of animal health and productivity, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our farm customer base, aligned with their Veterinarian to deliver on our Animal Health promise of best-in-market support and service.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to farmers on essential tasks related to animal health and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the key account management and veterinary technical teams to address customer requests for on-farm support.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues to evidence the value and presence of our Animal Health service and brand.

**Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of animal health and productivity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably with data using Excel and similar tools.
  • Adept at clear and persuasive communication in face-to-face interactions, phone, and email, both with customers and colleagues.
