Job Title: Mental Health Support SpecialistSalary:

The salary for this role is up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity is for a Mental Health Support Specialist to join our friendly team. As a specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the village's commitment to delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.

You will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to residents who may be experiencing mental health issues or dementia. Your excellent communication skills and empathy will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work)
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health issues or dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
