Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Coventry area. As a key member of our regional sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, executing direct market activation, and training distribution partner staff.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the convenience channel
  • Execute direct market activation plans on the market
  • Direct promotional execution on the market
  • Train and coach distribution partner staff
  • Manage POS distribution and stock lines
  • Acquire new independent retailers
  • Distribute point-of-sale material and merchandising
  • Support distributors with promotional activity
  • Communicate market information to distributors
  • Provide timely and accurate activity reports

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to a career in sales
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in a rapidly changing marketplace
  • A diplomat and advocate who can persuade and win over distributor partners and customers
  • Able to work comfortably in a team and set own objectives
  • Rapid learner and creative problem solver
  • Driver's license required

Estimated Salary: £31,000 - £38,000 per annum based on location and experience.
