Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive Lead, you will be responsible for guiding our sales team and ensuring they meet their targets. This involves generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors' sales activities. You should also have outstanding customer service skills and be willing to travel with clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
- Hold direct line management responsibility for Sales & Research Executives
- Monitor and respond to sales emails and other channels in accordance with departmental KPIs
- Manage SLA's and KPI's for Sales and Research Executives
- Cultivate relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in sales (desirable)
- Sales experience within a client-focused sales or telesales role with similar target levels or potential to grow into this role
- Tenacious and resilient in researching good quality prospects for the sales team
- Professional, confident, and engaging telephone manner
