Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Sales Strategy Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Engineering Supplies or Industrial Distributor networks in a senior field-based capacity or highly sales-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies across non-automotive markets such as Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution networks, and MRO Supplies markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering sales within a Senior Account Management capacity.
  • Developing and delivering C-class Garage Workshop Consumables programmes to vertical markets.
  • Familiarity with MRO supply chains and knowledge of non-automotive Workshop Consumables supply is essential.

Requirements:

  • A high level of IT literacy, particularly presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexible to travel covering an expansive region and overnight as required.
  • Proven track record in delivering sales within a senior field-based capacity.

Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable salary: Circa £50k - £55k + Bonus + Car + Pension.
