Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional National Sales Director to lead our UK sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic development within the Automotive Aftermarket space and Fast Fit channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing field sales teams, delivering sales through key accounts, and mentoring sales professionals on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop a high-performing field sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  4. Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management roles within the Automotive Aftermarket or Fast Fit channel.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth through key account management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
