As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging CRM software and Microsoft Office tools, with an estimated salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and negotiation abilities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
